We all get along great despite working for a horrible person
Great lakes caring really is a 'team'. Despite working so independently we communicate a lot and are always there to support one another.
Working effectively, not being rude
There is not much that is positive anymore
Your work day is what you make of it... you make your own schedule, but do have reasonable productivity expectations.

Taking care of the patients
The atmosphere and teamwork makes this the best company I have ever worked for.
Almost everything is wrong now days. The only thing to improve is to get rid of toxic people. The director of customer service is one of the main problems.
