
Grifols is a very generous company in terms of benefits, insurance coverage options, PTO, etc... This is the hardest part of walking away, because I doubt I'll ever see a more generous company.
The insurance is a bit cheaper than most but the dental coverage and alot of the medical coverage is not the greatest.

Best insurance that helps with fertility issues, and you can pay into a monthly wage when out on maternity leave that they help with. Lots of options that one may need in life that other companys have never offered me.
