New faces who have a positive work atitude
No communication and you need to learn to listen to your workers
Real estate department is unorganized and management abilities is unacceptable. Manager should take courses on management and ethics.
Under staffed and lack of organization

The management team from center to regional are all lying about pay rates and positions and all the favoritism that goes on inside is demoralizing.

Bullying, slandering, the older staff is scaring the newer staff away making it complicated for someone with the right knowledge, education and ethics to work under this environment.
No one communicates with each other and all management think they are the head boss
