The most positive part of the culture was the teamwork among coworkers. Even with challenges, my team supported each other, helped get tasks done, and kept the atmosphere lighter with humor and collaboration during busy shifts.
The positive for me is that I interact with customers, make them happy. For right now, that is all.
I like my 2 friends there and hopeful new people that will get fired all the time for saying a quarter of a paragraph to me.

Some of the best things about my team were their willingness to help when needed, their sense of humor during long shifts, and the ability to work together to get tasks done efficiently even when the store was busy or short-staffed.
Most are hardworkers, friendly, and professionals however, most team members are experiencing same treatment from owners as myself.
We work together well they are hard workers not being appreciated or paid enough for what they do.
