COMUNICATION FROM MANAGEMENT.. employees are not informed of anything. They have to hear it from other employees..

Our store is understaffed and the department heads are so underpaid they are looking elsewhere for employment. No help from management.

Review owners in their first year..talk to the "old" employees to see if they know what they are doing. Undercover boss.
