Talent density. Everyone on the leadership team is one of the best in the world at what they do, both technically and as people leaders.

Everyone at Groq has access to coaching, no matter what level. Everyone is encouraged, given the resources, and expected to grow. It's built into how the company operates, that just like we invent new technology, Groq grows people's capabilities.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Talent density. Everyone is great at what they do, and cares. I can learn from anyone, whether they're a peer, or a new hire - everyone is exceptional and has something to teach. Somehow everyone is also humble, and willing to explain anything.

What makes you most happy at work?

There's no complacency at Groq, we're always asked to Defy Gravity. Rather than doing just what we know how to do, we're asked to envision what the outcome should be, and to figure out how to get there. We're given the support and backing to do it, too.
