Working at Groq presents one with an opportunity to learn from the proverbial firehose, to do work with high impact, to have a broad view of technology options, to have exposer to the nuts-and-bolts work of other groups and organization. It is much more interesting than working at a large company.

With the official annual inflation rate of 8.6%, indexing the salary to the inflation rate would be the bare minimum.
