The incentive stock option plan.
What makes you most happy at work?
There's a real chance to make a difference, but things aren't so dysfunctional that I feel I have to do everything alone or without support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find that Groq is very focused on cutting through the bullshit to determine what the real truth of the situation, whatever situation might be, happens to be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I find that Jonathan is able to articulate a sweeping technical vision that takes my breath away. It can be a struggle to align the rest of the leadership behind that vision, however.
