Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I've been around the block, and in my considerable experience, Groq is an unusually good company along three axes: [1] openness to adopting uncommon technologies to best solve problems, [2] talent density, and [2] likelihood to succeed in the marketplace. I genuinely enjoy my work.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Sincere conviction to open communication. Big thinking.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparent in communications. Principaled in actions.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Personable, not transactional. Constructive in communications. Productive.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Remote work with a solid salary.

What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy being given the leeway to tackle (design, coordinate, implement) *large* tasks.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There's a genuine focus on talent density and (useful, productive) talk about cultural values.

What are some of the best things about your team?

No ego. Very open to each other's ideas, and not trying to push personal agendas. Team players.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The salary is solid. (I could make more elsewhere, but at Groq I get to do work that I really enjoy.)

What makes you most happy at work?

The combination of: + interesting problems, + good tools (FP), and + sufficient autonomy to make things happen.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

On average, Groq folks are humble. Not self-effacing, mind you, but not trying to elevate themselves above others. I can freely say "I'm totally ignorant about that" without having others dismiss me as a result; I appreciate that.
