When I started, I was very excited. But my start seemed a bit rougher than usual, receiving little help from crucial teammates, and wasn't heard by my manager. That has improved a great deal. What kept me here throughout were the brilliant and kind people. Like being back and grad school.

Accomplishing something significant and helping others do the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very smart and capable, and all very willing to stop and help when asked, and generally thoughtful and caring people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The plans are good. I think. I think I particularly like the service to help you find a provider, though I forget where to find that service.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have a vision for the future direction, while maintaining flexibility in the short term, and seem to care about the people helping them along the way. So, in a word, idealist and practical
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There seems to be almost no politicking. In other words, people seem to focus on the primary work of the company, rather than higher order "work" of social maneuvering. It also seems to be a place where being outside the norm is not felt to be discouraging. There are few antagonistic people
