My onboarding has been a bit rocky mainly due to the fact that my role didn't seem to be agreed and aligned with partner teams. This has left me somewhat under-enabled and limits my impact for something that was avoidable imo.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is little appreciation for hardware operations, compared to SWEs for example, also reflecting in comp.
