Got paid a better delivery fee, if we got paid better for the mileage and if we got paid better hourly

comp is under market, we're mostly paid in stock which took a deep dive. overworked and underappreciated

Dispatch sends you to locations far away frequently and you are only paid mileage from the restaurant to the customer, NOT from the customer to the next restaurant which is frequently far away.
