What makes you most happy at work?I actually love the work I do and have excellent relationships with not only my AMs but also the clients. I may not agree with the company in many ways but I genuinely care about the success of the company. I will always do my best work for this company.
What are some of the best things about your team?Low drama work place. Everyone gets along for the most part. I consider them family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?I like that my direct manager, is caring, and flexible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay does not meet the current rate of inflation. They said there would be a 401k contribution of 50% and that has yet to be seen. Health Benefits are very expensive, company should cover more of the cost.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better account scheduling... Being busy 2-4 weeks every other month is painful. We are hired to do a full time job, but because of the crazy scheduling we are forced to take mandatory time off when it is slow. Not a very good business model.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?One coworker is extremely overbearing which makes me very uncomfortable. There was a situation early on that was addressed immediately and what I thought satisfactorily however, that individual in my perception has not consciously made the effort to change their approach when speaking with people.

Sustainability practices are about being authentic and creating systems that allow our team to imagine the best possible outcome for people, planet and profit. Our Reclamation Program is available to help stores recycle, reduce and reuse.
Most municipalities do not accept fabric in mainstream recycling. This program helps prevent fabric graphics from hitting landfills by bringing them back to our facility to be included in our robust recycling program. After reclamation, the fabric is turned into fuel pellets and burned to make heat.
Lightweight products make the shipping process more efficient and can help save on fuel used during transit. We create our own custom-size boxes to efficiently fit materials based on distribution, and always look for opportunities to consolidate packing for multiple campaigns to save resources – and save you money, too.
Because paper bags are easy to recycle in any municipality, we use paper bags instead of plastic bags for inside packaging.
Our polyester fabric waste can be recycled into a clean, renewable, alternative fuel source. Working with a sustainability partner, we’re able to turn our waste materials into coal alternative pellets. Pelletizing (also known as agglomeration) keeps the materials from going to the landfill and reduces greenhouse gases.
All our polyester scrap and extras, as well as many of our other materials, have been converted to pellets if a recyclable option is unavailable.
