What did you like most about the interview process?Interview process is different for internal vs external candidates. Internal candidates is easy but external candidates take a lot of time to hear back from HR.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The client sites have great people and most people managers care, but some don't care at all and when contracts end, some people are left to fend for themselves based on their contacts.
What are some of the best things about your team?Team varies depending on client. Leadership is trying to prevent the team from interacting with past co-workers. Sounds real fishy and isn't this illegal?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Try to take the input of the customers rather than "performance" based on "utilization". This is basically a very unfamily-friendly policy. Those who take more DTO get penalized in their so-called "performance" and the management doesn't speak with the client teams. Too many silos.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Give raises rather than just changing job titles.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?HR is making decisions they have no clue about. This leads to losing qualified, experienced employees who are important to projects and clients. They keep some unqualified people who do nothing instead and expect the contracts to stay afloat.
