What do you like best about the leadership team?Engagement, personal, professional, collegiate. Transparency is not questioned, and we are in this to win together i the feeling I get. Typical software company issues persist and will always, but a way forward is there and thrash continues to be minimized over time.
What are some of the best things about your team?Collegial, caring, professional, passionate, and for the most part all are committed to a healthy work life balance so there isn't the competition around who is working the most, latest, hardest, etc. We're focused on outcomes instead.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do not feel I am undervalued. It would be better if packages are increased to match the inflation
