Very proud union member. I would never work here if it wasn't union. Management has no idea how to run the company. All they see is a number. Current plant manager is running the company into the ground. HB Fuller preaches that they are family oriented. They are not. I feel sorry for non-union

What are some of the best things about your team?
The Union is strong and will fight for fair and honest wages and benefits compared to the non-union shops that Fuller has. I feel sorry for non-union memebers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the idea doesn't come from management, then it must not be a good one. That is how they operate. No matter how many times you suggest a way to better the company you get shot down. If the PPA "raises" were actually based on my performance i would be much happier but they are not.
