Boost the pay to be more commensurate with better quality people. Evaluations from impartial board (smaller companies have to much politics that hinder promotion) and be on performance rather than interaction, and!! Promotion from within the standards and requirements not made up...(nicety?}.
Relook at the leaders and ask is that whom you really want heading this department up. Are they really showing good signs of a frue leader
Replaces the managers very soon
Better communication, less favoritism, more accountability
Stop gaslighting. The culture is toxic.
This is a very toxic work environment. This needs to be recognized and find the root cause so that meaningful action can be taken.
Managers that are concerned about production, and their employees. Managers that have employees do what needs to be done, and rewards them for such work
Leadership and basic common sense
