My shop manager is amazing
Communication takes his time to talk to everyone
nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing
Hard workers just like me
They are really good handling things
Being human, treating people with respect, not bullying or belittling people. Being ethical and creating a safe environment. Not discriminating against gender, color or age
Training on how o talk to people and handle personel issues
Leading. Listening. Telling the truth.
Communication, accountability of subordinates. Addressing issues that need attention.
There really is not a leadership team left in the Flooring business.
free health insurance, and I love Eye insurance
We have really good benefits. Happy with them
Stock ownership in a company that consistently grows year over year offers great wealth creation.
Salary, healthcare, pto was fair
The benefit package is great
Knowing what pay rate scale is with experience. They refuse to telle and hired someone with only 3 years and paid them a dollar more
Effort put into work=fair pay. knowledge of operations doesn't seem to matter. Favoritism plays huge role in progression of wages.
Fewer accounting errors would be welcome.
100% undervalued as an employee of hb fuller
I have been with hb fuller three years. I have gone above and beyond since I started. All while being treated very poorly. Now I realize, people starting off, get paid more than I do
We have worked together for some time and we all have a lot of experience .
They are all energetic, smart people who are interested in both personal and professional success. They bring great ideas, and they are strong collaborators.
Not having to work with them more than 12 hours a day.
Wealth of experience all around from years and years
We work well as a team and get along really well.
Team work seminar for everyone
Practice what you preach. Collaborate.
Coworkers need to work on getting stuff done. We would work better together if they did their jobs
The people I work with on a daily basis weve all worked together for a lot of years and feel like family.
working 4 days a week,
Ensuring a range of voices are heard in every project and global collaboration, which is the norm in every part of the company.
Remote work vs going to the office
Boost the pay to be more commensurate with better quality people. Evaluations from impartial board (smaller companies have to much politics that hinder promotion) and be on performance rather than interaction, and!! Promotion from within the standards and requirements not made up...(nicety?}.
Relook at the leaders and ask is that whom you really want heading this department up. Are they really showing good signs of a frue leader
Replaces the managers very soon
Better communication, less favoritism, more accountability
Stop gaslighting. The culture is toxic.
I was hired within a week of interviewing
Being hired. Getting the offer quickly
Constant interaction eith hiring manager
Dont lie to people about pay scales
I was a temp for eight months. Somehow, I still had to apply and go threw a bunch of loop holes, when I already earned my place. I don't know the interview process, I never had one
Working with people I consider friends
Knowing the work I do is adding value.
New challenge every day, never a dull moment
Seeing other people happy and safe
Solving interesting problems or coming up with a solution that effects the company as a whole.
change the leadership, change change
Complete manager evaluation through employee questionnaire
Fire the management team. Replace the lazy workers with ones that will work
As long as the shareholders are the number one priority, our customers will never feel important.
I am not sure they can ever improve.
We are Union Strong!!! I love my union
