Coworkers need to work on getting stuff done. We would work better together if they did their jobs
Listening to employees. Stop trying to make friends and concentrate on getting work done. Doing things in a responsible timely matter. Stop wasting time.
Managers that are concerned about production, and their employees. Managers that have employees do what needs to be done, and rewards them for such work

This company doesn't not value good work ethic, or valuable employees. Working here, I have realized good workers are hard to find. In my opinion, thats all the more reason to value the ones you have. Managers need to realize what's going on, and pay attention to what needs to b done
