i like how open and comfortable you are

It was simple and easy

It was fast and simple

It was quite thorough throughout the interviews.

I got hired on the spot.

They were kind, understanding, and active listening.

It seemed more like a conversation with 2 other people just chatting. It was comfortable and relaxed.

I do not like interviews

They asked personql questions as well as questions that applied to the job itself

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

HR needs to spend some time training those that do the interviews.

Try hiring in a timely manner

Better management. This company has the worst management out there.

Have managers stop lying during interviews about pay, schedule, and hours worked

Less interviews or more honest feedback

hr should handle it. its alot of issues stoping good people from working there because of a managers outside judgement of that person. weather it be looks ,etc

Stay in communication with the new hire so they are not calling the store to find out the update on the status of the hire

More evaluations for our management teams. Ego, judgmental mindset, the whole I'm better then you aspect these people can adopt over time. After all we are a equal opportunity company.

Well first thing is to improve your job application online. Your company should have paper job applications cuz there are people that don't own a computer and they feel discriminated against

Have competent ppl do them

They need a better system. Took over a month to actually get hired.

Review from Sales Dept

Cut out generic cookie cutter questions.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Look into who is actually being hired.
