Stop being rude nasty and enforce policies and rules equally
They're fine, its hust the managers have their picks.
Communication and equal responsibility I always felt that if one person was behind and others were done they can help with the things needing to be done not race out of work. Maybe not necessarily But people will just leave as soon as they're done doing their closing work if they're closing
