What are some of the best things about your team?
we have very hard workers and they are well motivated
We all get along really good
they work hard but are never given the respect they deserve

Low on people currently. But typically when we find good employees they enjoy being there as well.
Everyone works together and helps one another
We work together like a well oiled machine. Smoothly.

There is a definite division between employees and management. Very little compassion or understanding.
Our personalities mesh well, and initial inclusion is a given.
None really the company using seasonal workers as drones and once they're done with the job they fire everyone else

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of the coworkers are really good to work with, however some of them either don't listen to what leaders are telling them or are way too dependent on them for everything that they could solve on their own without leadership involvement.
we do not have an open communication, and I am out of the loop of what is going on week by week

Everything they need to learn how to be a team
Having morning meetings and going over the goals to meet for the store.
Everything is fine with the coworkers
Stop being rude nasty and enforce policies and rules equally
They're fine, its hust the managers have their picks.
Communication and equal responsibility I always felt that if one person was behind and others were done they can help with the things needing to be done not race out of work. Maybe not necessarily But people will just leave as soon as they're done doing their closing work if they're closing

More in-depth training, no videos they are boring you need to keep your employees attention they they will learn a lot faster
