Review from Sales Dept

The Quarterly marketing block parties

It never feels uncomfortable. It feels like everyone has the same goals

We all like to get the job completed & satisfaction from it

Reasonable expectations and the company actually works to protect its associate level workers time. It's not France level, but it's very nice for American retail.

I dont have many positive things to say

The family like feel and the home like interactions with inanother

That we all work together

Good coworkers and always maken sure we're and talking about what's needn to b improved

We all respect each other

Open, considerate, all points of view are heard and listened to.

Review from HR Dept

Its clean and very organized and stocked

All work to satisfy the customer.

The patience of the corporate staff and making sure their employees are well taken care of.

That they are career driven and punctual.

Review from Sales Dept

Friendliness with customers and the customers taking notice

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The management and how they choose a person for a job

The store manager talks to you like your from the stone age, you can't get a word in. Customers complain all the time. I have other employee who will confirm.

Hire qualified people at fair compensation

My managers need to be more encourging

Maintaining the ability to maintain your own containment.

The store manager needs to appreciate the assistant managers in the building

Review from Sales Dept

We need more full-time employees when it comes to doing replenishment sheets from 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. the part-timers come in and work real slow for 4 hours then the full-timers get stuck finishing their sheets

Review from Sales Dept

Everyone needs to be treated the same . No favoritism.

Management in sales needs to stop worrying so much about sales and treating employees like trash. PROPERLY TRAIN EMPLOYEES!!!! You're so worried about money for the dang yacht, but you're wasting your money with turnover from selfishness.

communicate and be open to employees

1 asm kills everyone moral and should be fixed

Bigger stock room it doesn't help when majority of our team doesn't break down their boxs and leave in middle of bays trip hazard

New manager who cares about the store and employees

Store manager and district managers should not be personal friends and pick favorites. Store environment is hostile.

Review from Sales Dept

Do not hire Walmart ex employees

Review from Sales Dept

Maybe retrain managers so they have more people skills and learn how to communicate better with there employees

Review from Customer Support Dept

All managers. Need to learn to take responsibility for their own actions

Review from Sales Dept

1) more hours in the budget to complete the work load. 2) fewer keyholders so more of those hours can go to associates (plus fewer people to be inconsistent) 3) pay more comparable to what other retailers are paying - better retention in associates 4) pay more for logistics

Review from Sales Dept

A more regular work schedule

Review from Sales Dept

Better buy in for employees, the ability to get promoted in remote stores, better pay options, the ability to move to full time.
