as part of the leadership team, our store strives to work and communicate with one another openly. and who choose to all be on the same page

At least at my store, every single person in leadership is amazing- each one will go out of their way for the customer, the employee, and the store.

I was put in the line of fire by a manager because he cought someone shoplifting and made me call and cash them out. Then he walked away. I was shocked, upset, it was so uncomfortable .

They need better leadership store manager is lazy and just sits in the office all day
