
There is no culture. No training, no appreciation. Why are we having surveys when only the person handing out the receipt is recognized.
There is no stock option, no benefits, no sick leave, paid time off. No breaks. McDonald's across the street starts at $12 with benefits. We are at $10 with NO benefits, skeleton crew, broken equipment.
There are NO meetings. There isn't a possible way with keeping drive thru and dining room open and everyone working almost 7 days a week. We are keeping dead weight employed to just have a body.
Demanding that it understood we are severely understaffed with low pay, broken equipment, no benefits and still harassed and expected to work like the staff should be at 6-8 people for our rush. We are running with 3-5 with no reprieve. But the owner is still opening more stores.
Pay your staff fairly and stop implementing food cost issues like wax paper and boxes for every burger, stop harassing your severely understaffed restaurants for things that our out of their control. The revenue is the same. The amount of staff pitching in to make that happen is NOT COMPENSATED!!!
