Inconsistent. Power hungry. Treat all employees like teenagers. Poor scheduling coverage. Lots of gossip from higher ups. Even when they are wrong they are right. Oppressive. I enjoy the fast pace though
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Consistency. Stop gossipping. Stop being petty in the middle of the busy times
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The managers need to stop picking at underlings in front of customers on the floor. Customers dont line it
