No one wants to work any particular position. It's constant complaints. When people are placed where they work best, they still complain and gripe and won't give 100%. Coworkers bicker and argue, talk about drugs and after work parties, and they just aren't in it to win it.
Honestly, everyone is so run down and there's never enough allowance. They also hire literally anyone off the street so the quality is terrible. There is little to no training, and when it's on the job hands on, there is no extra allowance on labor to train them.
The company needs to raise pay and allow for more labor. Running a shift into the ground with only two workers is a terrible idea. A single employee should not be responsible for counter orders, drive thru orders, drinks, shakes, counting money and bagging, as well as helping cook.
They need to actively participate and not just delegate. We run a 8-10% labor whereas we used to run 18-20% and management sits on their rear in the office refusing to work a position. They need to lessen the reigns and allow more employees. We might actually get more customers.
I feel undervalued because suggestions are ignored, staff metrics are always raised, and staff never get any raises. In the five years I've worked at Hardees, I've never had an evaluation and I have never received a raise unless the state mandated it. I also know they move overtime to other weeks.
