Instead of all the in fighting And having management stirring up trouble, realize work is work. We all have a common goal. Not everyone has to like each other but working together benefits us all.

More corporate involvement is needed. Anything that gets reported to them (even about our managers) gets sent back down to them to handle. No oversight, care, compassion or anything is available in this company.
