It's a good job. Not hard just frustrating sometimes. I really enjoy going to work. We all get along and have fun while getting work done.

Working and talking with my coworkers and our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all nice people. Always try to help us out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They asked what shift I would prefer. They were friendly and made you feel very comfortable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has worked there awhile and we all get along great. We all help each other out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard. Always do what they are supposed to do plus extra work without always having to be asked. They are very reliable and trustworthy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a shift manager. I am the closing manager. I run the store when I'm there. I do alot of work and I only make 50 cents above minimum wage. I've been there 2 years, I've only missed one day of work. The only raise was when I was promoted. Raises based on performance would be great.
