There is honestly nothing good about my coworkers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. We are slow, inefficient, and its most unclear what responsibilities fall on whos hands

They didnt ask anything of me and hired me on the spot without knowing anything about me
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like I cant do my job correctly because of coworkers holding me back and I like to be good at what I do
