What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We were able to work really well together. Everyone was very upbeat about coming into work every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoyed my coworkers and my management team. We were like a big family and we treated everyone accordingly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They were very knowledgeable with our policies and procedures. They treated all of us like family and we were always treated fairly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We were like a well oiled machine. We were able to work together no matter the conditions. Whether we were extremely busy or dead as a door nail, everyone knew what they had to do and they were able to get it done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was interviewed for the job, the general manager was very positive and forthcoming about what my job duties would be. She offered me the job before I left and I more then willingly took it as I was looking forward to working with such a great team.
