Mr. John A. Olin has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Harley-Davidson, Inc. since September 2009. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Inc. since May 1, 2009 and served as its Vice President and Controller. Mr. Olin has more than 25 years of financial leadership experience. Before joining Harley-Davidson in 2003, he served for 12 years in various financial roles at Kraft Foods, Oscar Mayer Foods and Miller Brewing Company, including his responsibilities as controller of Kraft Foods' cheese division. Earlier in his career, he held positions with financial services and specialized consulting firms including Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young). He has been a Director of Cox Automotive, Inc. since June 2012 and Exide Technologies since March 2015. Mr. Olin holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
