Mr. Marc D. McAllister serves as the Managing Director of Harley-Davidson Motor Company Asia Pacific and Vice President of Harley-Davidson Asia Pacific at Harley-Davidson, Inc. Mr. McAllister is responsible for Harley-Davidson's commercial operations across the region. Prior to that, he was Senior Director of Sales Operations and was responsible for planning, distribution and delivery of motorcycles, accessories and general merchandise to the company's worldwide network of dealers. In addition, he oversaw the implementation of an enterprise resource planning solution across the sales organization. He started his Harley-Davidson career in Product Development in 1995 as a design engineer in the company's Powertrain development division. He spent six years in engineering before joining the Materials group as the European Supplier Liaison, based in Oxford, UK. In 2004, he joined Harley-Davidson's Sales organization where he held various roles including Managing Director of European Direct Markets managing Harley-Davidson operations in 14 non-subsidiary countries within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. Mr. McAllister holds an Engineering degree from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Florida.
