lack of vacation, lack of sick time, extremely strict attendance policy paired with NO flexibility in work schedule. as an hourly worker i dont feel i work for the same company as the salary people. the only changes that are ever made are negative towards the employee.

treatment of workers from upper management.

team is good my coworkers all seem to get along

caring/listening more and listening to the hourly workers. (about 1/2 the company)
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
any of the punitive/negative based outdated and strict policies such as the attendance policy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel management does not care about me one bit. i feel they think i am expendable and think they could easily just get another person to fill my spot if i quit so they dont care
