caring/listening more and listening to the hourly workers. (about 1/2 the company)

any of the punitive/negative based outdated and strict policies such as the attendance policy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i feel management does not care about me one bit. i feel they think i am expendable and think they could easily just get another person to fill my spot if i quit so they dont care
