What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone works well together, there is a certain atmosphere that is fun and lively. Excellent training and immersive with customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work sales in MotorClothes which concludes most of the floor and we work events and promotions for riders. I feel like it's a heavy work load. We are the first person to greet potential customers. Higher pay and/or more commission would be preferrable.
