Lindley, also known as Rob, serves as the Vice President and Managing Director of Harley-Davidson Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Harley-Davidson, Inc. and is responsible for delivery of business results and customer experience across the region. Mr. Lindley has been with Harley-Davidson Motor Co. since 2009. Prior to that he served as Commercial Director for McLaren Automotive and was previously Managing Director of Mazda Motors UK. He serves as Trustee for the Jubilee Sailing Trust. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors, UK. He earned a BSc at the University of Nottingham, England in 1987 and completed an Advanced Diploma in Executive Strategy and Organization from Stanford University, CA in 2007.
