Well, if I were to compare my compensation package to my last job in tech? It would be a massive let down. After all, I went from $180K to $18 an hour. However, for the industry I am in I will say it is a fair wage based off my current demographic cost of living.

Nothing positive really a hard worker I show up on time I'm reliable only to watch as all my coworkers are one by one interrogated in the room and sent home for things that management allows them to do and then wants to turn around and sue them for merchandise.
