Pretty much all of them have been with the company for many years and know the answers to my questions and concerns. There is true empathy from the leadership in dealing with personal and professional life.

Well, if I were to compare my compensation package to my last job in tech? It would be a massive let down. After all, I went from $180K to $18 an hour. However, for the industry I am in I will say it is a fair wage based off my current demographic cost of living.
All are experienced and willing to jump in and help when needed.
