Caring, helpful, helps associates advance. Perfesional.
Pretty much all of them have been with the company for many years and know the answers to my questions and concerns. There is true empathy from the leadership in dealing with personal and professional life.

Well, if I were to compare my compensation package to my last job in tech? It would be a massive let down. After all, I went from $180K to $18 an hour. However, for the industry I am in I will say it is a fair wage based off my current demographic cost of living.

Helping each other and being a team
All are experienced and willing to jump in and help when needed.
aside from management, coworkers are good people
Nothing positive really a hard worker I show up on time I'm reliable only to watch as all my coworkers are one by one interrogated in the room and sent home for things that management allows them to do and then wants to turn around and sue them for merchandise.
The coworkers and everyone in the shop doing their part
Having a employee helping you when others like to stand around and talk
Getting along with others in the department
The Customer's and different people.

Friendly, down to earth yet professional interactions. Didn't stick to the guided interview questions and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
I loved the benefits that were told to me- but the reality of getting them is a different atory
Very comfortable at first. Promises made were not kept.

My customers and some of the employees I work with
When a member of management or the Store Manager gives compliments and thank you for my hard work.
The Customer's! and some of the co-workers and Managers.
Talking and interacting with some of the customers
Profit share incentive although they use it as a threatening device and hold it over your head.
