I think its fair and just
Harris provides a above average 401K match plan that is solid.
Don't get stock options. Stopped handing out bonuses this year or filling positions that were necessary and left vacant, so everyone else gets to pick up slack. I expect a 10% raise this year due to inflation and some small merit based increase that I'm sure only execs will get. Health insurance ?

It is well known that Harris pays less than other similar companies in the CO area. Employees are constantly leaving for higher paying jobs elsewhere

stop cutting benefits and make raises at least as much as inflation.
Company keeps cutting benefits. Accounting is treated unfairly and loses 40% of holidays that rest of employees receive with no compensation for being required to work Christmas holidays.
I applaud the transparency of the company publishing industry compensation studies. Now if they would just pay for performance.

Wages are well below market across the board. Benefits have been massively eroded over the last 5-10 years
