CEO is solely focused on quarterly profits even to the point of using accounting tricks to prevent employees from getting bonuses.

Don't get stock options. Stopped handing out bonuses this year or filling positions that were necessary and left vacant, so everyone else gets to pick up slack. I expect a 10% raise this year due to inflation and some small merit based increase that I'm sure only execs will get. Health insurance ?
Yearly review and or feedback
It is well known that Harris pays less than other similar companies in the CO area. Employees are constantly leaving for higher paying jobs elsewhere

Too many meetings when a detailed, thoughtful email would accomplish the same thing in far less time. Admittedly, to craft the detailed email would take the initiator more time but the saved time for the entire team far out weighs the extra work for one person.
There are several employees with bad attitudes that rub off on others and make the workplace environment unpleasant.
