What can this brand most improve?

Hartz should be ashamed of themselves as a company. Their products kill the animals they are used on and I await the day that the company goes bankrupt. I'll have a party when that day happens.

Have a REAL Customer Service Department, not just a group of employees who say one thing and act like they care about a concern and then do nothing to help with it...Sorry group of people who have no ability to assist anyone. Very unhappy with Hartz.
