The culture... is all based on profits, not on patient safety. It's all about documentation, even if the patient is crashing, you'll have management pressuring you to "chart spot checks for sepsis"

I have been with HCA on an off since 1998. The leadership team has gone through changes each being a better than the first. I can not give them enough praise in keep this company growing and moving into the right direction. What a blessing to be in a company like the one I work.
