Better PTO accrual rates for advanced degree positions. Ability to increase salary based off productivity and performance.

Staffing is horrendous and unsafe

I work very hard daily and I help every department in my area. More money I've devoted 14yrs

Actually receiving an increase. Did not receive one this year. Make that make sense!

At a healthcare company I was hoping for a better deal/value on health benefits.

Managers need to tell the fine print on incentive pay holiday pay and how it really works

Fire people that have been reported numerous times and comtinue to create an unsafe and hostile work environment

Alot of travelers who could care less about patient care!!

Coworkers are very professional and great to work with while getting screwed over my senior managers.

Some staff have good work habits.

My office and hospital are run by an excellent team of executives who promote a sense of family, despite the fact that HCA corporate does not care one iota about their employees/physicians and are completely out of touch

You must have team work to survive. Each floor does that.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Staff moral is low, people feel under appreciated. Communication is lacking or confusing at times.

New management, better staffing, more support for new grads

The whole profit at any price has to change.

There needs to buy more help for managers to come in at night even if they are dayshift managers I've never seen a single one come in on the Night Shift to help when we are extremely short staffed, but dayshift will have 18 or 19 people on there night shift will have about six

Reward hard working dedicated employees and not those that are just the friends with management.

Took too long to hear back and the whole process was half a year.

They never said a single word truth. Mostly lied aboit everything , manager is a coneartist

Greed! There is nothing but greed!

Employees who do their job and others accorsi g to policy should get paid more. Employees who have degrees, educator experience, speciality experience should get paid accordingly. Not groupibg everyone together and only looking at year of havibg a certain license.
