Took too long to hear back and the whole process was half a year.

They never said a single word truth. Mostly lied aboit everything , manager is a coneartist

Be honest about the challenges: low quality fellow employees/management and self-serving corporate structure.

Could not talk openly and honestly with the recruiter because she took what I said and misrepresented me to upper management

I would get rid of the useless staffing company. I would get rid of the AI run application process. I would actually hire people instead of pretending to.

Speed it up and ask some non standardized questions
