Learn how to manage people.

Staff relationships and support and educational opportunities.

Being sincere in their interactions with staff.

They need to listen to their employees

Communicating, avocation for patients and employee, team management, hiring, performance in all areas, being human, all the things you would expect out of any leadership team

Communication the promises that they make keeping them and not first two completely humiliate, one of their own because the new girl starts and has some past beef with you through a friend

Teamwork. Helping when it's needed. Understanding the employees concerns and problems.

Communication. The organization as a whole is top heavy and there are a lot of conflicting instructions exacerbated by unclear and undefined roles and responsibilities.

Review from IT Dept

stop feeding us free mediocre food and actually give us raises for performance and inflation rise.

Hire qualified individuals that understand and listen to the back bone of the organization

Caring about the staff that are not nurses

Communication and specialty in leadership

Communication and empathy towards their team

Caring about staff and patients

Leadership skills. It is hit or miss. There are a few good ones, but many of those are retiring. They are being replaced with unqualified bullys.

working together with more development

everything, people skills, stop favoritism,

Caring about their employees and paying them properly

Supporting the staff members with resources.
