My everyday team is great. Everyone does their job without question and is always willing to help others when needed. They are quite literally all in the same boat of being shafted by HCA as well even though our office is ALWAYS in financial surplus with very high rating.

We don't have meetings, we don't even have real managing managers and directors. Directors are picking up other departments because they have fired about three huge department, heads and a handful of managers.

Our team works together to meet patient needs. They are also competent in their skills that pertain to the area worked in.

We all try to do the best we can. We all work really hard and have to deal with so many unfair things. Our job is very high paced and busy and we put in the work!

Managers need to tell the fine print on incentive pay holiday pay and how it really works

Better teamwork and more accountability placed on night shift. They often get away with things because management is only present during they day.
