I liked my leader and 2 of the other team leaders. The rest were either awful, incompetent, and one was clearly downright unethical and threatening to the point where she was forced to record meetings between herself and employees due to the sheer volume of HR complaints she received.

It's like every other sales job. You will pass the interview as long as you have a pulse because kt's a constant churn-and-burn job with high turnover due to the emphasis of quantity over quality and refusal to treat people like adults. I will be surprised if the few people left aren't laid off.
