What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most staff members on my team work remotely from their home offices. HRS's (Business unit of RevSpring) core competency is hospital revenue cycle consultants, most travel weekly or support customers remotely. We make frequent visits to corporate where the environment is fast-paced but fun.
