I work with many teams. Employees for the most part are smart, engaged, like their jobs, and have healthy attitudes toward our work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are diverse and inclusive and make the efforts to remain that way. They try to make things fun, are relaxed and there is no stringent chain of command where only Leadership roles can make necessary decisions. Allows for autonomy to do your job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My VP gets into the weeds with us when there are issues that need escalation. HE has frequent All Hands meetings keep employees up to date on leadership decisions; the health, growth, sustainability of the company; prospective sales; and any major near future changes that effect everyone.
