Unlimited sick time. Its good to know its there even though I've rarely had to use it.

We are encouraged to find valid yet creative solutions to technical issues and our director encourages this.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO - and the fact that we are encouraged to use it. Quality of life is important to our company. That's pretty rare. A lot of companies say quality of life is important then expect you to work 80 hours a week.
