I've been here a long time, through many ups & downs. Leadership has evolved. Company ownership has evolved. My role has evolved. I've always appreciated that I am trusted to manage my time, appreciated for my efforts (both in recognition and in pay), and given opportunities to grow.

Intellectually challenging. Feeling like my contributions are appreciated internally and also support our customers.

I love the trust that HE has in its employees and supportiveness; leadership training, and reiteration of company goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always busy and it's fun to work together when there are so many challenges and we can see the path to improvement and take steps and have successes toward getting better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I answered the previous question kind of "low" because I was thinking of "all" coworkers. My immediate team has a great mix of personalities and I appreciate the focus my boss brings on ways we can back each other up to fill resource gaps when one of us gets overloaded.
