Overall, I'm extremely happy and proud to be at HE after my almost 5 months being here. I feel there is much to learn and I want to be an impactful contributor to HE. I want to grow with the company and ensure I can give my best back to the company to help it grow as well.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, I enjoy and am proud to work at HealthEdge. I've learned and adapted to processes quickly and feel I'm doing a good job overall. I feel flexible and adaptable more than others on my team. I do not feel there is much opportunity to grow however and this is a concern of mine.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The OKRs set by leadership match my expectations of where we should be going as a company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the holidays and company wide additional days off. I appreciate unlimited sick time and 3 weeks vacation time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is on the same team, polite, and very experienced. My coworkers are clearly dedicated to their clients and to HE as a company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel the company is encouraging of cultural differences and welcoming of all people. People approach each other and various situations in a positive understanding way even during difficult situations.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel very proud to work at HealthEdge. I feel seen as an employee and I feel cared about by my manager and coworkers. I feel my work makes a difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I see the vision in the products purchased under the HE portfolio. Our leadership team has lead HE to be top in industry with our product offering and we maintain a critical mass of impactful clients across the country.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel a good sense of accomplishment in working with my team to support our client. Every day is a new challenge. I appreciate my boss finding new opportunities for me and my fellow program manager to grow as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
HE is very collaborative and friendly in terms of staff among all teams. I feel very supported by those around me and appreciate the excellent communication between teams. There is a lot of understanding and delicacy in terms of communication and understanding team limitations, outages, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary, health insurance, vision coverage, and dental coverage at HE are excellent. I wish we had slightly more PTO than industry average but 3 weeks is manageable. I'm happy to see the changes to the family bonding time. Working from home is the biggest benefit to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People I work with directly and indirectly - on my team or not on my team - are always willing to make time to help me and others out. There is a very supportive and encouraging culture that makes it possible to succeed even when in uncharted territory.
